Matt Vladars is the Global Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Sera Global based in our Toronto office.

Matt is responsible for overseeing the global compliance framework and manages risk from a corporate and regulatory compliance perspective. He is also responsible for overseeing the global finance and reporting function on both a corporate and regulatory basis and is also involved in strategic initiatives across the firm.

Matt was formerly at BDO Canada LLP in its audit and assurance practice, specializing in real estate & professional services. He has also worked for the BDO network of firms in both the USA and the UK.
