James Park is a Partner at Sera Global based in our New York office.

James is responsible for M&A, strategic, and capital raising advisory for public and private companies, GPs / sponsors and operating platforms.

James has over 20 years’ investment banking experience advising public and private real estate companies and sponsors across multiple sectors including net lease, residential, industrial, office, retail, lodging, self-storage, and data centers. He was formerly a Managing Director at Evercore within their Real Estate advisory practice. James has also held senior management roles at UBS within their Real Estate Lodging & Leisure (RELL) group. This included joint-head of UBS’ Asian RELL group based out of Singapore. He was also a Managing Director of RCS Capital.
