Damien leads Sera Global’s Strategic Advisory practice advising leading fund and asset managers on strategic growth initiatives, including designing new product solutions, business lines, and targeted strategic buyside advice to help grow and expand investment offerings and investing capabilities.

Damien has over 20 years’ real assets industry experience over which time he has been involved in strategy, structuring, management and investment into private equity real estate and REITs. He was formerly the Head of Real Estate for UBS Global Wealth Management and also held roles as the Head of Europe for The Townsend Group and CIO at ING.
