Bailey Puntereri is a Partner at Sera Global based in our New York office.

He is responsible for institutional investor and consultant coverage as well as advising real estate operators and managers on capital sourcing strategies, vehicle structuring and equity placement.

Bailey has nearly 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. He was formerly a Principal on PJT Park Hill’s Real Estate distribution team based in New York, covering institutional investors along the East Coast and Southern United States. He has also held roles in London as a distribution banker, first with Park Hill (Blackstone) and then at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, covering institutional investors in the UK, Continental Europe, Scandinavia, and the Middle East. He has also held roles in New York for the commercial real estate firm Colliers ABR where he specialized in tenant and landlord brokerage services.
